An 8-Week Live Implementation Cohort

Your dream business
starts with one validated offer.

You know you want an online business. But when you look around at people doing it well, you end up comparing your level 1 to their level 10. No one starts with a fully polished service or program. You test, you learn, and you build confidence one step at a time.

The Offer Lab teaches you those skills, and holds your hand as you design, validate, and sell a new program or service.

Here's what this is really about

Not another custom project. A repeatable offer you can sell again and again.

Maybe you've done client work before. Custom projects, one-off favors, work that got reshaped every time based on who asked. That's not what we're building here.

The Offer Lab is about designing a defined program or service, something with a clear scope, a clear price, and a clear promise, that you can offer the same way to the next person and the person after that. Something you don't have to reinvent every time someone new shows up.

That's the difference between doing projects and building a business.

Sound familiar?

  • Every project starts from scratch Each client gets something a little different, scoped on the fly, priced based on a guess. Nothing repeats, so nothing gets easier.
  • Building before validating You've spent time creating things, a course, a program, a service package, that didn't land the way you hoped, and you're not sure why.
  • Waiting until it's "ready" You keep refining, tweaking, and improving, but you haven't put it in front of real people who would actually pay for it yet.

What changes when you have an offer that actually works?

When you know exactly what you're selling, who it's for, and that real people want it, the whole business starts from a different place.

You stop second-guessing whether it will work.
You stop building things nobody asked for.
You stop waiting until you feel "ready."
You start with proof.

A clear offer you can sell with confidence

Know exactly what you're offering, what it costs, who it's for, and why it's worth it, without having to explain yourself every time.

Real clients and early results

You leave the lab having pre-sold your offer, worked with real people, and collected the feedback and testimonials that make the next sale easier.

A foundation to build on

A validated offer is the starting point for everything: your marketing, your launch, your audience. Once you have it, everything else gets easier to plan.

You don't need to have it all figured out before you start.

You just need a structured way to test what you have, learn from real people, and build from there.

About the program
The Offer Lab Logo

Eight weeks. One offer. Validated.

I called it a Lab on purpose. Because this isn't a place where you show up and consume content until something clicks. It's a place where you do the actual work, with structure, feedback, and a group of people doing the same thing alongside you.

The Offer Lab is an 8-week live cohort for coaches, creatives, and independent service providers who are ready to turn what they know into an offer they can actually sell. Whether you're starting from scratch, pivoting into something new, or finally getting serious about an idea you've been sitting on, this is where that work happens.

You won't leave with a "perfect" business. You'll leave with a validated offer, early client results, and a clear sense of what to do next.

How it works

A structured environment to do the work.

This isn't a course to watch. It's a rhythm designed to get your offer built, tested, and selling.

01

Live Weekly Training

Core Modules

Eight live sessions covering the full curriculum, from choosing your business model to pre-selling your offer and reflecting on what you learned. All sessions are recorded.

02

Weekly Group Coaching

Hot Seat Sessions

Weekly live coaching calls for the cohort. Bring your real questions, your draft offer, your stuck points. Pre-submit if you can't attend live.

03

Templates and Tools

The Vault

Practical resources for every stage: business model worksheets, offer design templates, customer discovery scripts, pre-sell email frameworks, and more.

04

Community Access

Peer Network

A small cohort of people doing the same work at the same time, sharing drafts, giving feedback, and making the process feel less like going it alone.

8 Weeks. One Full Cycle.

The Curriculum.

Every week has a core training session, a clear deliverable, and group coaching to help you move through it.

1

Choosing Your Business Model

  • 1:1 services, group programs, and online courses: how to decide what fits your personality, lifestyle, and goals.
  • Short-term, mid-term, and long-term offer structures.
  • Why starting with one offer, not a full product suite, is the right move.
Outcome

A clear decision on which business model you're designing for, and why.

2

Defining Your Market & Customer Discovery

  • Who you're for, what problem you solve, and how to articulate both clearly.
  • How to talk to real people before you build anything, and what to listen for.
  • Validating that the problem is real and that people want a solution.
Outcome

A defined target market, a clear problem statement, and real conversations that confirm or redirect your offer idea.

3

Designing Your Offer

  • How to structure your offer for its first run: simple, deliverable, and ready to test.
  • Pricing your offer in a way that reflects value without guessing.
  • What goes in, what stays out, and how to scope it.
Outcome

A draft offer with a clear scope, price, and delivery structure.

4

Positioning and Sales Content

  • Turning your offer into language that makes sense to the people you want to reach.
  • Writing the one-liner, the offer description, and the talking points that make your offer easy to understand and easy to say yes to.
  • Low-tech setup for selling: what you actually need and what you don't.
Outcome

Clear positioning language and the core sales content you need to start selling your offer.

5

What is a Beta, and Pre-Selling It

  • What a beta actually is: a smaller, time-limited first run of your offer, sold to a small group of people who know they're helping you test and refine it.
  • How to sell before your offer is fully built, and why this is the right order.
  • Pre-sell strategies that work even with a small audience, and the messages that get people to say yes.
Outcome

Your pre-sell outreach plan, and ideally, your first paying client.

6

Delivering Your Beta

  • How to run your first beta with minimal tech and maximum learning.
  • Collecting feedback that actually tells you something useful.
  • Getting testimonials from early clients while the experience is fresh.
Outcome

A delivered beta run, client feedback in hand, and your first testimonials.

7

Building in Feedback Loops

  • Turning feedback collection into an ongoing habit, not a one-time event.
  • Setting up simple touchpoints to capture client results and insights as you go.
  • Using what you learn to improve your offer without constant overhauls.
Outcome

A simple feedback system you can keep running long after this program ends.

8

Reflection and What Comes Next

  • How to know if your offer is validated, and what to do if it's not.
  • Deciding whether to iterate, scale, or pivot.
  • What the next stage of your business looks like, and how The Launch Lab fits in when you're ready.
Outcome

A clear read on where your offer stands and a plan for what you're building next.

Jessica Wicks Headshot
About Jessica

Most people with something valuable to offer get stuck long before they run out of things to teach.

I've spent 15 years building businesses, supporting founders, and learning what actually separates the people who get traction from the people who stay stuck.

I've worked across a wide range of models, including freelancing, agencies, online courses, group programs, and consulting, and I spent several years running programs at a tech accelerator, working alongside hundreds of early-stage founders from all kinds of industries. That experience gave me a deep respect for how many different paths there are to a sustainable business, and how rarely the problem is a lack of talent or effort.

More often, people are building the wrong thing, or building the right thing for the wrong people, or never actually putting it in front of anyone to find out.

The Offer Lab was built to close that gap. It's the structured process I wish had existed when I was figuring this out, and the one I now use to help coaches, creatives, and independent service providers turn what they know into something they can actually sell.

Questions

Do I need to have an offer idea already?

Not necessarily. You need to have expertise or experience worth building from, something you can genuinely help people with. The first few weeks are specifically designed to help you figure out what your offer should look like, who it's for, and whether the market actually wants it. If you come in with an idea, we'll test and refine it. If you come in without one, we'll find it together.

Who is this for?

The Offer Lab is built for coaches, creatives, artists, writers, and independent service providers: people who teach, guide, or create things that help others. It works whether you're offering 1:1 services, a group program, or an online course. It's not designed for corporate consultants or those selling to large enterprise clients.

How much time does this take?

Plan for 3 to 5 hours per week. That includes the live training session, the group coaching call, and your own implementation time. The program is designed to produce real outputs, not just notes, so the time you put in goes directly toward building your offer.

What if I can't attend the live calls?

Everything is recorded. You can pre-submit questions before the coaching calls and I'll address them on the recording. Attending live is valuable, but the program is designed to work even if you're watching the replays.

What's your refund policy?

There are no refunds. Enrollment is final once processed. If you have questions about whether this is the right fit, reach out first — I'd rather answer them than have you enroll and regret it. hello@jessicawicks.ca
