Do I have to do the Intensive first?

Yes. High-level advisory only works if we're working from the same map. The Intensive ensures we have total alignment on your goals, data, and capacity before committing to a three-month partnership.

Do you do any of the work for me?

I'm your strategist and advisor. I provide the frameworks, the decision-making support, and the strategic direction — but you (or your team) handle the execution.

What if I finish my priority early?

If a priority is completed ahead of schedule, we look at the next layer of your roadmap. Most meaningful shifts benefit from the full 90-day 'iterate and stabilise' period — but we'll use the time wherever it's most valuable.
